<h2>PRÉPARATION DU BAGEL AU SAUMON</h2>
<ol>
<li>Peler l’échalote et la hacher menu. </li>
<li>Dans un bol, battre le fromage blanc avec le jus de citron, l’échalote hachée, un peu de sel fin et du poivre noir. </li>
<li>Laver les feuilles de laitue et les essorer. Les hacher grossièrement. </li>
<li>Nettoyer la tomate rouge. Retirer le cœur puis la couper en fines rondelles.</li>
<li>Eplucher l’oignon rouge et l&rsquo;émincer en fines lamelles.</li>
<li>Couper les pains bagels complets en deux dans l’épaisseur puis les toaster légèrement au grille-pain.</li>
<li>Napper les parties inférieures des pains avec la préparation au fromage blanc et à l’échalote.</li>
<li>Ajouter les tranches de saumon fumé, les rondelles de tomate, les lamelles d’oignon rouge et les feuilles de laitue hachées. Puis refermer les pains.</li>
